JOSEF~, MINNESOTA 209 lHNUTES OF REGULAR VILLAGE MEETING HELD O:N MAY 10, 1962 The village council of the Village of St. Joseph met in regular session on Nay 10 'l¡JÌ th tbe follovling members present: Zwack, Schneider, Pal1ansch, Rau, Johnson, Knapp and Teague. Motion made by Rau seconded by Fallansch to approve minutes of regular and special meetings as read. F. l'¡. & Legion Clubs. Unaminous vote cast for approval. Building permits of Lawrence Merdan, Roman Zwack and Al Stueve vTere approved on a motion by Rau Seconded by Pallansch. Engineer Teague suggested plu.rnbing check on se'l.ver connec':ions to mains. Motion made by Pallansch seconded by Rau to chDnge water line at George Roeder residence. Engineer Teague to check: storm Seì,¡er problem sites. Teague to discuss plant lighting with N. S. P. 210 Andre'!.·! The council decided to engoge an add- i tional ])olioe officer for balance of school year or until other arrangements are completed. Engineer described sewage rneasure~ent processes. Attorney Knapu stÐted St. Benedicts had indicated 8 d~sire for 88WÐ[e meÐsure~~nt as Ð ~sis for rental chcrces. Ilr. Knapr 8180 stÐted thGt college was agreeable to villoge ~ngineers supervision of meGsurement. Justice of FaGce Mike Loso was called to meeting for a discussion of fines and procedures.
