PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: The Council approved the street closure as requested at the July 20

Council meeting, closing Minnesota Street from 2 Avenue NW to the eastern edge of the Millstream
Shops and Lofts and College Avenue North, north to the east/west alley ( ½ block)

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The Millstream Committee has requested to close MN Street to 1 Ave
E, rather than the mid block. They have contacted the one property owner impacted who does not
object.
ATTACHMENTS:
REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: Authorize the Administrator to execute the amended Street Dance
Road Closure Permit Application as presented to allow the Millstream Arts Festival to utilize MN Street
and College Avenue North for the event to be held on September 27, 2015.
