A motion waS made by Rau and seconded by Schneider to Dccept the minutes
of the previous meeting as read.
Motion made by Schneider seconded by Rau to pay bills as presented.

Ray FfanneDstein came before the council to request the repair of a
street heave in front of his residence on Minnesota street. Informed
of county responsibility and that county engineer had been notified of
the condition. Mr. Pfannenstein also asked the council considcr the
hiring of a group of boys to clean-up village.
