MI~mTES OF REGULAR VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON MAY 5, 1966
The Village Council of the Village of st. Joseph met in regular
session on May 5, 1966 with the following members pesent: Loder-
meier, Schneider, Wieber, Reber, Meinz, Johnson and attorney I
John Knapp.
Minutes of previous meeting approved as read.
Motion made by Wieber seòondeò by Schneiðer to pay bills as pre-
sented--motion carried.
Donald Schneider qu~stion on sewer accident claim-~Insurancë Com-
pany committed to Tayment of claims presented.
Question of toilet facilities at ball prk discussed.
On a motion by Schneider seconded by Wieber ball club granted
beer license for on-sale at park duration of baseball season.
Motion carried.
John Schroeder quèstioned curb and gutter installation on his
street--cost and street ,.¡idth question.,
Zoning Ordinance question: Interpretation by Attorney Knapp--
Zoning Board of Appeals has power to deny--as per ordinance No. 59.
Lesnick property assessment examined--
Street assessment certification to auditor question referred to I
Attorney Knapp. Certification being completed.
Dan Nierengarten meter question--Schneider to check.
Special meeting in October for fire dept. presentation of 2
mill levy request for firemen's relief to the Townships invoilived.
Bill Daniel, NSP representative and Cy Wenner" NSP gas super-
intendent presented plat and information on natural gas installa-
ti on .'
Kierzek plant report presented. .
Ed Schneider presented questions on sewer and water conn"tions--
Trailer park lot sizes--
Attorney Knapp to secure state regulations relating to trailer courts.
Motion madè by Wieber seconded by Schneider ·to give µick Borresch
two-weeks notice of termination of employment.
Discussion of Tri-Cap youth work program held.
Harold Counter and Roman Reber to formulate ~ans for construction
of toilet facilities at ballpark. I
Lorentz report presented: Midway Bar complaints examined--
Clerk to send Midway Bar letter of noticeto take action necessary ./
to imprcbve conditions cited in COD1Raints.

On motion by Schneider seconded by Reber archery and rifle
