The Village Council of the Village of st. Joseph met in special session
on Sept. 15, 1966 with the follgWing members present: LOdermeier, I
Schneider, Reber, Wieber, Engineer Teague and John ~onovan, Donovan
Contracting Inc.
A motion was made by Schneider seconded by Reber to pay final estimate
(No.4) of !:)onovan Street Improvement eontract as presented by Engineer
Teague with acceptance of 1 year warranty or guarantee.
Motion to adjourn made at 9 P.M.
