MINUTES OF SPECIAL sr:SSJON OF VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING HELD Dec. 1, 1966 u
I The Village Council of the Village of st. Joseph met in special session
on Dec. 1, 1966 with the folJowing members present: 10dermeier, Schneider
and Reber. Also present ~ Bill Daniel, NSP representative.
Purpose of meeting: to examine and evaluate NSP survey and proposal of
additional street lighting.
PÐoposal represents 102% increase in lighting at a 52% increase in present
costs; a 34% increase over present cost after rate increDse scheduled for
April 1, 1967.
Schneider made motion seconded by Reber to accrpt proposal for 19é7 as pre-
sented. Motion c8rrjed
