MINUTES OF SPECIAL SESSION OF VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING HELD March 22, 1967
Meeting of Council and Planning Commission. members with planning consultant
Richard Fredlund representing the firm of Nason, Wehrman, Knight and Chapman INc., I
the following membârs were presnt: Virg Lodermeier, roman Reber, Herman Schneider,
BOb Johnson, Mike Nierengarten, Mrs. robert Kelly, iobert Viehauser, Bud Reber,
and Budy Gapko.
Discussion and re-evaluation of zoning ordinance held relating to the following
sections:
j¢
1) Area requirements-multiple and residential
2) Restriction of number of units
3) Lodging house requirements
4) Mulitple parking requirements
5) Occupancy permit use
Planning consultant to provide a proposal of amendmant ~t to zoning ordinance
for council examination and approval.
A motion w s made by lloman Reber seconded by Herman Schneider to approve appli-
cation of Dan J. Brutger to erect a 7- unit multiple dwelling as per application
submitted. motion carried.
On motion by Roman Reber seconded by Herman Schneider the application of BOb
Viehauser was approved to erect garage and house addition as per plans sub-
mitted motion carried.
Lorentz construction question of g,crage over seyer to be submitted to State I
Health Dept.
Discussion of building permit fees held, amendment to be prepared.
Motion made by Schroeder seconded by Reber to purchase 8 copies of St. Joseph
Township Cuilding Code.
