MINUTES OF SPECIAL SESSION OF VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING HELD April 20, 1967
A special meeting of Village council, Planning Commission and planning consul-
I tant Richard Fredlund of Bason, Wehrman, Knight and Chapman Inc. was held on
April 20, 1967 at 7~30 p.m. with the following members present: Virgil Lodermeier,
Herman Schneider, Dick Schroeder, Roman Reber, Bob Johnson, Mike Nierengarten,
BOb Viehauser, Rudy Gapko, Mrs. Ro~ert Kelly, and Richard Fredlund, consultant.
Complete review of proposed amendment No. 1959-3 to Zoning Ordinance No. 59 held.
Proposed amendment to attorney Knapp for legal appraisal. Notice to Fredlund for
final printing.
Notice of additional land purchase by Erutger Inc. to allow full 8 unit multiple
us@ presented.

Motion made by Reber seconded by Johnson to approve bIg permit amendment to 8
unit upon receipt of evidence of purchase. motion carried.
Motion made by Schroeder seconded by Reber -to approve bldg permitf:6an Nierengarten
as per application. motion carried.
Dick Schroeder presented ~f report of St. B nedict sutdent council meeting in-
dicating students reported permission granted by Village for parking student
Vehicles on village property. Resulting from misunderstandine in conversation
with police dept. Letter to be directed to President of the ollege t of St.
Benedict indicating the Village does not permit off street vehicle parking on
Village property at anytime~ on motion by Reber seconded by Schneider.
