MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF VILLAGEGDUNCIL HELD ON JUNE 26, 1967
The board of review of the Village of St. Joseph met with county assessor
Cyril Wenner and Village Assessor Don Haider, on Monday, June 26, 1967 at
7:30 pm with the following members present Lodermeier,Schneider and Johnson. I

Alfred Eich request for re~valuation consideration presented by assessor
Don Haider. Assessor Haider recommended reduction from 2045 to 1500 full
and tru value.
Motion made by Schneider seconded by Johnson to approve reduction as rec-
ommended by assessor Don Haider.
Review of personal prop~rty assessments held by board.
Pure Oil Co decrease of 1250 to 925 questioned by council - assessor to
notify Co and request explanation.
L. P. Rau, juke box declaration, reduction from 150 to 100 -, council in-
structed assessor to refuse reduction and hold at 150 to coinside with
other juke boxes in vilage.
Real estate and homestead changes examined and approved.
Motion made to adjourn at 9:30 pm. I
