Minutes of Special Meeting of Village Council Held on July 24, 1967
I The Village Council of the Village of St. Joseph met in special session on
Monday, July 24, 2967 to open and consider bids on park terrace area seal
coating and the new school site street surfacing project. The following
members were present: Lo~dermeier, Schneider, Reber, Johnson, Engineer
R.Ì'i. Teague.
The three bids received were: 1. Tri-City Constr. Co., Rt. 2, St. Cloud....
~Þ5, 718.50. 2. Donovan Contracting Co., St. Cloud....$5,998.00. 3. Hardrives
In9·····$9,28S.OO. Bids were examined and approved by Engineer Teague.
Motion was madå by Reber seconded by Schneider to accept low bid of Tri-
City Construction Co. for seal-coating & street project as recommended by
Engineer TeL,gue. and authorized Mayor & Clerk to execute contract. Motion
carried.

Mike Loso application for water & sewer connections approved on motion
by Reber seconded by Schroeder.
I Motion made by Schneider seconded by Reber to approve bldg. permits for
Linnemann~s Store, Roman Zwack, Elmer Reber, garage; wrecking permit to
Tony Guggenberger, (Zwack house)
Clerk to publish notice of water use restrictions effective ~uly 28, 1967.
Motion to adjourn made at 8:45 p.m.
