JOSEPH, MINNESOTA MINUTES OF REGULAR SESSION OF VILLAGE COUNCIL HELD ON August 10, ~967 The Village Council of the Village of St. Joseph met in regular session on I Thursday, August 10, 1967 with the following members present: Virgil Loder- meier, Roman Reber, Police Chief William Lorentz, and Attorney John Knapp. Absent were Herman Schneider, Dick Schroeder and BOb Johnson .(vacation) A representative of the Watertower Paint and Repair Co. Inc. met with the council in a discussion of repair and painting the water tower this fall. A yearly maintenance contract was also discussed. The matter was tabled until the next meeting. Police Chief Bill Lorentz reported on the completed Neighhorhood Youth Corps and Vocational Rehabilitation Programs. Beside the general maintenance in town the disposal plant was completely cleaned and repainted by members of the programs. Attorney John Knapp reported on the new Zoning Ordinance question he had submitted to the planning firm. The planning commissen will receive this I information along with a building permit request by Leona Reiss. The com- mission will also discuss a new building cod~. Lorentz request for health insurance transfer from American FamilJy to Blue Cross tabled.
