MINUTES OF SPECIAL SESSION OF VILLAGE COUNCIL HELD ON SEPT.18, 1967
I The Village Council of Village of St. Joseph met in special session on
Monday, 8~pt. 18, 1967 with the following members present: Loder-meier,
Schneider, Reber! Schroeder, Police Chief Lorentz and Johnson.
Purpose of meeting to review and examine the Margaret Scoles non-intoxi-
cating liquor license question of hearing and revocation.
Police report presented by Lorenta. After examination and dñscussion of
report...a motion was made by Schneider seconded by Reber to dispatch a
registered notice to Margaret Scoles, licensee, a notice of public
heari^g prior to revocation of all non-intoxicating liquor licenses.
Hearing to be held on Oct. 5, 1967 at 8 p.m. in Village Hall. M8 tion

carried unanimoillsly. Nature of charge to be indicated as allowing
minors to consume non-intoxicating liquor on premises.
Head-Start bus loading & unloading question examined. Hazards of Minneso-
ta Street use cited by Chief Lorentz. 0uggested buses stop on tollege
I Aw. at Parish house for loading & unloading.
Motorola radio demonstration to be scheduled after Oct. 5, meeting.
Need for street light at entrance to new school site on Cbllgge Ave.
