VILLAGE OF ST. JOSEPH
MINUTES OF SPECIAL VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON JUNE 26, 1968
The Village Council of the Village of St. Joseph met in special session on Wednesday I
June 26, 1968 at 7:30 p.m. with the following members present: Zwack, Schneider,
Reber, Schroeder, Johnson, Engineer R. W. Teague, and Attorney John Knapp.
Purpose of meeting: to open and examine Village well and pump house bids.
Tabulation of Bids:
Mueller Bros. Well Co. - Gaylord, }linnesota
$27,585.50 - total bid
J. B. Surma and Sons - Hayward Park, St. Cloud, Minnesota
$22,826.00 - total bid
Tabulation of bid items and pertinent data placed in Well No 2 and Pump House
project file.
Motion made by Schneider seconded by Reber to accept low bid of Surma Bros. subject
to examination and approval of R. W. Teague, Engineer. Motion carried.
Seal coating project discussed, engineer to provide estimates for July 3 meeting.
Teague to check county participation program relating to municipal street aids
J .. 19 to seal coating.
