VILLAGE OF ST. JOSEPH
1-ITNUTES OF SPECIAL VILLAGE COUNCIL ~ŒETING HELD ON DECE~rnER 2, 1968
The village council of the Village of St. Joseph met in special session on
Monday, Dec. 2, 1968 at 7:30 p.m. to open and consider used truck bids. I
The following members were present: Zwack, Reber, Schroeder, Johnson, Attorney
John Knapp. (Absent Herman Schneider) Ray Krebsbach was also present.
The following bids were received:
Tenvoorde Motor Co. - St. Cloud - (submitted by Dave Pfannenstein)
1968 - F - 600 - 330 cu. in V8 engine - 17,000 miles - warranted to 50,000
miles. Bid price $3635.00
Humbert Imp. Co. - Freeport - (by mail)
1967 - model 1700 - International - 3L~5 cu. in V8 engine 20,000 miles.
Bid price $3600.00.
Krebsbach Motor Co. - St. Joseph - (bid presented by Ray Krebsbach)
1968 Chev - Gm~ 19,500 - 327 cu. in. V8 engine. 9100 miles new truck warranty.
Bid price $2950.00
On motion by Schroeder seconded by Reber bids were tabled until Thursday,
Dec. 5.
Motion to adjourn made at 9 p.m.
