JOSEPH, MINNESOTA 173 MINUTES OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON MARCH 9, 1961 The village council of the Village of St. Joseph met in regular session I on Thursday, March 9, 1961. Members present were; Zwack - Schneider, Rau, Johnson & Meinz'. Absent Trustee Pallansch. A motion was made by Rau seconded by Sch~eider to approve minutes of Eeb. meeting as read. A motion made by Rau seconded by Schneider to pay bills as presenèd. Motion made by Sch~Ĺ“ider seconded by Rau to adopt ordinance regulating platting of land within village limits as recommenèed by planning comminsion. Pauline Silbernick appeared requesting medical aid (doctor's cost) for eye operation. Clerk to obtain cost estimate of surgery from attending physician. New College Inn manager, Jack Hueblow, requested permission to hire Vic Gill as deputy. The College InTI manager was instructed to contact County Sheriff regarding deputy for duty at College Inn. Motion made by Ra_u seconded by Johnson to ãlovl $20.00 to Dm Planning commission to send member or members to Institute at University of Minnesota. Motion made by H.
