RESOLUTION
RESOLVED That the Villàge Council of the Village of
St. Joseph, Stearns County, Minnesota, hereby accepts the
offer of the NORTHERN STATES POWER COMPANY, a Minnesota
corporation, to furnish the electric energy necessary for
the operation of municipal water pumping and associated equip-
ment at the Villagers pumping station, and hereby approves
all rates, terms, conditions, and specifications contained
in the proposed form of Municipal Water Pumping Contract
made a part of the offer of said Company, and the proper
officers of the Village are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the aforesaid Contract, and any instruments ancillary
thereto, for and in the name of the Village, and to affix
the corporate seal thereto.

am custodian of its records; that the above is a true and

MI~WTES OF REGULAR VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 5, 1961

The Village council of the Village of St. Joseph met in regùar session
on Thursday, Oct 5, 1961 with the follmving members present: ZvJack,
Schneider, Pallansch, Rau, Meinz Jo~_nson, Attorney John IDJapp and Engineer
R. W. Teague.
A motion was made by Rau and seconded by Pallansch to approve minutes of
previous regular meeting as read.
Mayor Zwack stated the College of st. Benedict had agreed on dump site
road improvement project. The TO'wn BOard had agreed to pay one-half cost
of road improvement and one-third cost of maintenance on dump and road.
A resume of the se~collector system was presented by Engineer R. W.
Teague.
A motion was made by Schneider ans seconded by Rali to pay bills as
presented.

Daniel. Resolution read.
Motion made by Schneider seconded by Rau to approve resolution accepting
N. S. P. contract.
Request presented by Oscar Krebsbach to install 1000 gal Kerosene tank
below ground on property behind present Krebsbach Motor building.
Motion made by Schneider seconded by Pallansch to approve request for permit.

fallowing to the election board for the regular village election to be
held on Tuesday, Nov. 7, 1961: Irene Rassier, Helen Reber, John Klein and
Mrs. Herman Schneider, alternate.
