MI}WTES OF A SPECIAL VILLAGE COUNCIL MEFTING HELD ON MAY 9, 1961
The village council of the Village of St. Joseph met in special session
on Trusday, May 9, 1961 at 7:-30 p. m. with all members present. I
The meeting was primarily called for the purpose of opening and reading
bids on sewer collector system and treatment plant.
Bids were read and tabulated asper copies on file.
A motion was made by Rau and seconded by Pallansch that council meet with
Engineer Teague to review bids and complete formal acceptance on Monday
May 15, 1961 at 8:00 p. m.
A discussion on the bonè issue with Attorney John Knapp was held.
A motion was made by Schneider and seconded by Pallansch to approve
bldg. permit application of Lasrence Hartig. 110tion carried.
A motion was made by Rau and seconded by Pallansch to adjourn at 8:45 p.m.
