Joseph met in regular session on July 6, 1961 at 8 p. m. vJi th the follo,·¡ing members present; Zwack, Scbneider, Pallansch, Rau, Meinz, Johnson, John Knapp and Engineer Richard Teague. A motion was made by Rau and seconded by Pallanch to accept minutes of June meetings as read. A motion was made by Schneider and seconded by Pallansch to pay bills as presented. Clerk to check Milhaupt - Wenner statement for Pauline Silbernick. Teague plans, spec. fprcB.!î~t& 17,935.67 A motion was made by Rau seconded by Pallansch to pass resolution6 indicating Nicholas Borresch as full-time village police officer. Resolution requested by Public Employes Retirement Assn. Engineer held discussion on changes in collector system(l) Lumber yard scale area) change in man-hole location (2) water tank area - avoid tank footings. . (3) church area - man hole change. No alley stubs will be made. Review of St. Bens trunk sewer project constructed by Nodland Construction as per Engineer Miller's report - village section cost $18,937.28. Hol1erman, Fischer, Eisenschenck & Danzl group present. All agreed to sewer easement. Hollerman agreed to easement with fee of $150.00 for damages as per motion of Pallanach and seconded by Hau. 88 ¡W#/ Petition1presented by Bob Lodermeir with regard to temporary sur- facing of San Francisco street, the petition contained 11 signatures, petition placed on file. A choride preparation was not recommended by Engineer Teague>. I Motion was made byu Rau and seconded by Pallach to table petition. Petition of John Eich for annexation to village discussed. Legal costs to be paid by village. July 18 set as Civil Defense meeting night at 8 p. m~ Motion made by Pallansch and seconded by Schneider to approve bldg. permi t of Robert Johnson., Motion made by Schneider and seconded byy Pallansch to adjourn at 10;50 p. m.
