W. Teague. Motion made by Schneider seconded by Pallansch to accept July minutes as read. Fischer requested $200.00 damage - Teague ~o check possibility of line running south side of Fischer barn with manhole to extend on Eich property. Fischer in complete agreement. Attorney to draw up easement. No damage payment to be made. Motion made by Pallansch seconded by Rau that village pay 50% of ball park survey and plans by Teague. ($75.00) -' Bob Loàermeier presented complaint regarding drainage problem in alley abutting his property. Council to act on problem, blading to be done, access gravel to the removed. 190 John Eich petition for annexation rresented and reed by Attorney John lilla PI'. Motion made bv Schneider seconded by Rau to adont ordinance of annexation of" John Eich property into Vil18[e of St. Joseph. Motion made by Pallansch seconded by Rau to ap~oint Mike Loso to Fire Department. -~ Motion made by Schnèiàer seconded by PallaDsch to authorize Âttorney Knapp to proceed Hi th seì,¡er assessment role, not to exceed 1% total construction cost.
