The village council of the Village of St. J'oseph met in regular
session of Thursday, Dec. 7, 1961 with the following members present:
Z"lack, Schneider, Pallansch, Rau, Meil~, Johnson, Attorney John Knapp
and Engineer R. W. Teague.
A motion was made by Rou and seconded by Pallansch to accept minutes
of previous meeting as read. A motion made by Schneider and seconded
by Pallansch to pay bills as presented:
