Special meeting of Village council held on Ded. 26, 1961 7:30 with
the following members present Zwack, Schneider, Pallansch, Mffiinz & I
JolIn_son.
Notion made by Pallansch seconded by Schneider to p<:ry estimate No. 6
on Treatment plant as presented by Barbarossa & Sons Inc.
Motion made by Schnèiàer seconded by Pallansch to accept the proposed
payment of a $15000 bond to apply toward payment of St. Benedicts
assesement Þn plant cost.
Motion made to adjourn by Schneider seconded by Pallansc~ to 8:30.
