Victor Bovy present regarding dump operation. Dan Nierengarten resjgnation

to hire Victor Bovy as dump C"aretaker.

OpcraLion of Justice and hurÜcipal Court discussed and examined 1:Jith Justice
Hike Loso and Police Ctief Bill Lorentz. A motion was made by Schroeder
seconded by Reber to request Justice and Police Chief subnit report for period
Jan. 1. 1969 to Jar. l, 1970 and Every six mQnths thereafter. Eotion carried.
Justice Loso requested he be informed of q1.~estions or problems relating
to Justi ('e Court j nth:; futrure.

licensE' to Reuben ~Iiener. llotion carried. Voting for the motion - Schroeder,

Fire Chief I'j ke Loso presented -request for purchase of 2 air packs for fire I
departrDent use. Loso to present cost fa·'tors at next Y;1eeting.
L. G. YcGregor, Legion Club manager, presented request for a Sunday liquor
]Üense. Lotion nadc by SchrOE:'der secondsd by Reber to grant Anerican
IÆgion Club a Sunday Liquor Jjcense. All members voted for the motion.
Harvey Notch reported on scheduled snovmlobjles instructional COlŒSC. Fee
to be paid by appJi "ants . lL; through 17 years of age need certifirate
after Jan. 1, 1970.
