lvITNUTES OF SPECIAL VILLAGE COUNCIL NEETING HELD ON FRlliDAY, OCTOBER 9, 1970
The Village Council of the Village of St. Joseph met in special session on I
Friday, Oct. 9, 1970 with the following members present: Mayor George Gustin;
Councilmen, Herman Schneider, Roman Reber, Richard Schroeder; Clerk Bob Johnson
and Attorney John Knapp. Also present were the following members of the St.
Joseph Planning Commission, Chairman Mrs. R. W. Kelly, Ollie Lesnick and
Ben Kremer.
Purpose of the meeting; to examine and act upon petition for annexation of
approximate¡Y 76 acres submitted by Harold Rothfork and described as follows:
The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NWiNE~)
and the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE~v~) of Section Ten (10) ,

Minnesota except the West Two Hundred Sixty Four (264) feet of the Northeast
Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE~~); also the South Ninety Nine (99)
feet of the West Two Hundred Sixty Four (264)feet of the Northeast Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter (NEiNW~); also the North Six and Eight tenths (6.8)
feet of the West Two Hundred Sixty Four (264) feet of the Northeast Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter (NE~~) of said Section Ten (10).
After examination and discussion a motion was made by Dick Schroeder seconded
by Roman Reber to approve the petition for annexation as presented. Motion
carried.
A motion to adjourn meeting was made by Schroeder seconded by Schneider at
7 :33 p.m.
