JOSEPH MINUTES OF SPECIAL VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON MARCH 16, 1970 I The Village Council of the Village of St. Joseph met in special session on Monday, March 16, 1970 with the following members present: Mayor George Gustin; Councilmen Herman Schneider, Roman Reber; Clerk Bob Johnson; Attorney John Knapp and Police Chief Bill Lorentz. (absent Dick Schroeder - out of State). The council read and examined the Public Works specs and on motion by Reber seconded by Schneider approved adoption of the specs with Reber to include street opening and restoration specs. John Knapp to further check bond issue questions relating to hall addition construction project.
