MINUTES OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING HELD WEDNESDAY, JULY 10, 1974
The City Council of the City of St. Joseph met in special session on Wednesday,
July 10, 1974, at 6:15 p.m. with the following members present: Mayor Harry J .
II Knevel; Councilmen, Herman Schneider, Roman Reber, Bud Reber, Hugo Weyrens; Clerk,
Bob Johnson.
A motion was made by Roman Reber and seconded by Bud Reber to award the Street Sur-
facing contract, Project No. 74-2115 to the low bidder, Hardrives, Inc., St. Cloud,
Minnesota, at the low bid price of $19,782.60, with the pre-payment of special assess-
ments agreement with W. J. Properties, Inc., William C. and Evelyn M. Jones, owners,
executed and placed on file. Motion carried unanimously.
A motion was made by Hugo Weyrens and seconded by Bud Reber to approve MinnesiJtaò
Street widening overlay project with Duininck Bros. & Gilchrist, Olivia, Minnesota,
(part of County project resurfacing Minnesota Street), estimated cost of $4,976.80.
Motion was carried unanimously.
A motion to adjourn was made at 6:55 p.m.
