JOSEPH, MINNESOTA MINUTES OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 6, 1914 The City Council of the City of St. Joseph met in special session on Friday, I Sept 6, 1914 with the following members present: Mayor Harry J. Knevel; Councilman, Herman Schneider, Roman Reber, Hugo Weyrens, absent Bud Reber; Clerk Bob Johnson.; Attorney John Knapp. Fire Chief Mike Loso, Asst. Fire Chief Bill Wasner. Also present; Township officials, Chairman Norb Eickmeier, Del Terwey, Fred Reber, Attorney John Pattison, FMC representative, Holly Hunt. FMC Rep. Hunt explained FMC's lease - purchase agreement. Pattison stated public examiner indicated township could not enter into a written agreement under present law. Several State Statutes were examined relating to township expenditures for fire protection. Township officials signing truck bid purchase for FMC apparatus and ~~ ' Tenvoorde Motor Co. chassis were: Norb Eikmeier, Del Terwey, .::¡-/?£q -ii-I, A motion was made by Herman Schneider seconded by Hugo Weyrens to extend present fire contract with St. Joseph Township subject to signatures on truck purchase orders and establishment of fire district. JOSEPH, MINNESOTA MINUTES OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 1974 The City Council of the City of st. Joseph met in special session prior to the opening of the League of Municipalities Regional meeting at the Legion Club in Waite Park, Minn., Thursday, September 19, 1974 at 6 p.m. with the following members present: Mayor Harry J. Knevel; councilmen, Herman Schneider, Roman Reber, Hugo Weyrens; Clerk Bob Johnson and Attorney John Knapp. Absent: Councilman Bud Reber. A motion was made by Herman Schneider seconded by Hugo Weyrens to schedule a public hearing for Oct 10, 1914 at 8 p.m. on assessment role for Street Improvement Project No. 1974-A.
