VILLAGE OF ST. JOSEPH, MINNESOTA
MINUTES OF SPECIAL VILLAGE COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 10, 197.3
The Village Council of the Village of St. Joseph met in special session on Wednesday,
I January 10, 197.3 with the following members present: Mayor George Gustin; Council-
men Herman Schneider, Bud Reber, Hugo Weyrens; PmH...~ Roman Reber;
Clerk Bob Johnson and Police Chief Bill Lorentz.
Minutes of November and December meetings presented and approved.
Council examined proposed amendment to Ordinance No. 58, and approved purchased
of warning tickets for parking violations. Council to act upon ordinance at next
regular meeting.
Council examined proposed Mobile Home Ordinanóe regulating parking and use of
trailers within village limits.
A motion was made by Herman Schneider seconded by Hugo Weyrens to send proposed
Highway parking and Mobile Home Ordinances to Attorney John Knapp for. completion
and final reading at next council meeting. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Bud Reber, seconded by Roman Reber to approve present
membership of Police Reserve Unit ( 6 members - 2 cadets). Motion carried.
A motion was made by Herman Schneider seconded by Hugo Weyrens to approve
purchase of pistol and holster, fingerprinting equipment for police dept.
Motion carried.
Motion to adjourn was made at 10 p.m.
