MINUTES OFBOARD OF REVIEW MEETING HELD ON THURSDAY, JVIAY 29, 1975
The City Council of the City of St. Joseph met as a Board of Review on Thursday,
May 29, 1975 with the follov~ng memberg present: Mayor Harry J. Knevelj Councilman,
Herman Schneider, Hugo Weyrens, Steve Dehler; Clerk Bob Jo~~son; also present were:
Ollie Lesnick, Asst. County Assessor Junie Wiesbrick. Seven residents were also present.
Land value on Eastern Park lot increase explained by City Assessor Ollie Lesnick.
All other assessment questions were answered.
James Landwehr property to be re-examined - Wally Honer present regards eastend duplex
units - reexamination to be made by city assessor. Documents signed.
Board of Review meeting adjourned on motion by Hugo Weyrens seconded by Herman
Schneider. Motion carried
Council reconvened at 9:30 pm in a special meeting.
Examination of street end - 1st Ave N.W. street right of way determined -
fill to be provided.
Motion to adjourn made at 9:50 pm. a
