CITY OF ST. JOSEPH, MINNESOTA
MINUTES OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER Ll, 1975
The City Council of the City of St. Joseph met in special session on Tuesday,
November 11, 1975 at 7:30 pm with the following members present: Mayor Harry
J. Knevel; Councilmen, Herman Schneider, Bud Reber, Hugo Weyrens, Steve Dehler; r
Clerk Bob Johnson.
Motion made by Herman Schneider seconded by Steve Dehler to approve the following
personnel policy matters:
PER DIEM $35 per day in lieu of salary - not applicable to City
employees receiving regular salary - for attendance at
ci ty approved: schools, conferences, etc. during regular
work day.
HOLIDAYS hòlidays worked to be taken off wi thin 30 calendar days.
VACATION time earned to be taken in succeeding calendar year.
ABSENCE all absences from work must be reported immediately.
RECORDS Clerk's office to maintain work attendance records
for all employees.
A motion was made by Steve Dehler seconded by Bud Reber to approve city payment
of increase in hospitalization amounting to $12.14 per month. Motion carried.
Special meeting for salary negotiations with employees to be held on Nov 25, .
at 7 p.m. - Kierzek, Taufen, Lorentz - general meeting for all employees at I
8 p.m.
A motion was made by Bud Reber seconded by Steve Dehler to approve $50.00
per year salary increase for assistant fire chief. Motion carried.
