Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council for the City of St. Joseph met in special session
on Tuesday June 10, 2003 at 7:00 AM in the St. Joseph City Hall.
Members Present: Acting Mayor Gary Utsch. Councilors Ross Rieke, Dale Wick, AI Rassier.
Administrator Judy Weyrens.
Others Present: City Engineer Amy Schaffer.
Northland Seven. Award Bid: City Engineer Amy Schaffer reported that bids were opened on June 6,
2003 for the utilityistreet improvements for Northland Plat Seven. The following is a summary of the bids
received:

Schaffer stated that the bids have been reviewed and the lowest responsible bidder is RL Larson and she
recommends the City Council award the bid as submitted. .

Rieke made a motion accepting the low bid of R.L. Larson in the amount of $ 331,545.76 for the
improvements for Northland Plat Seven. The motion was seconded by Rassier and passed
unanimously.
