Pursuant to due call and notice there of the City Council for the City of $t.
Joseph met in special session February 25, 1997 at 8:00 A.M. in City Hall;

Mayor Hiemenz called the meeting to order at 8:00 A.M. stating the purpose ;of
the meeting was to discuss union negotiation and requests. He then declar~d the
meeting closed.

was adjourned at 10:58 A.M. with a motion by Twit; seconded by'Loso.
Hiemenz, Loso, Ehlert, Niedenfuer, Twit.
Nays: None.
