Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City Council for the City of St. Joseph met in special
session on Wednesday, December 16,; 1998 at 7:00 p.m. in the Fire Hall.
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Kenneth J. Hiemenz; Councilors Cory Ehlert, Mary
Niedenfuer, Ken Twit. Clerk/Administrator Rachel Stapleton. Bob loso absent.
PlANNING COMMISSION MEMBERS PRESENT: Hub Klein, Kathleen Kalinowski, Marjorie
Lesnick. Absent - Kurt Schneider. Jim Graeve, Linda Sniezek.
OTHERS PRESENT: Steve Streng, Ellen Wahlstrom.
Mayor Hiemenz called the meeting to order at 7:11 p.m. stating the purpose of the meeting is to
continue reviewing the Ordinance changes as recommended by the Planning Commission
beginning at Section 52.5.
During the discussion it was generally agreed to further consider Section 52.7, Subdivision 4
LaDse of a variance after reviewing associated sections of the Ordinance. ! .

It was generally felt the State Law requirements should be stated on the Development Review
Application.
The Ordinance was reviewed through Section 52.12 Planned Unit Residential DeveloDment,
Subdivision 11 Standards c) Minimum Size.

The next meeting will be held in the Fire Hall on January 5, 1999 at 7:00 P.M.
Twit made a motion to adjourn at 9:20 P.M.; seconded by Ehlert.
Ayes: Hiemenz; Loso, Ehlert, Niedenfuer, Twit.
Nays: None.
Motion carried.
