Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council for the City of St. Joseph met in special session
on Wednesday, May 1, 2002 at 5:30 PM in the St. Joseph City Hall., I
Members Present: Mayor Larry Hosch, Councilors Bob Loso, Cory Ehlert, AI Rassier, Kyie Schneider.

The purpose of the meeting was to interview consultants for the updating of the St. Joseph
Comprehensive Plan. The following firms were interviewed:
Municipal Development Group
Dahlgren Shardlow and Urban
Northwestern Associate Consultants
The interviews consisted of a ten minute presentation followed by 15 minutes of questions and answe~s,
After reviewing the proposals and discussing the needs of the City, Loso made a motion to hire' I
Municipal Development Group at a contract price of $ 10,000 for the updating of the St. Joseph
Comprehensive Plan. The motion was seconded by Schneider and passed unanimously,
Adiourn: Loso made a motion to adjourn at 7:45 PM; seconded by Schneider and passed
unanimously,
