BOARD/COMMISSION/COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: The Council has previously approved an on-sale and growler
license for Bad Habit Brewing. At the time the applied for the license they did not request Sunday.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Bad Habit Brewing is requesting a Sunday on/off sale license to
have the flexibility to be open on Sundays. They have provided all the required applications and
insurance.

ATTACHMENTS: Request for Council Action
REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: Authorize the Mayor and Administrator to execute the Sunday
on/sale license for Bad Habit Brewing as requested.
