BOARD/COMMISSION/COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: Last year was the first year the annual meeting calendar was established
and subsequently adopted by the Council.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Staff has identified all City Council and major committee meetings in
2016. You will notice there are dates marked as TBD (to be determined).This is a result of meetings
either falling on a holiday or around the 2016 Election. Meetings will be rescheduled for those dates on
an as needed basis.

prepare for the elections,the PC meeting on Aug 8th and the Council meeting on
Nov 7th will be rescheduled if a meeting is still needed that week.
