Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the St. Joseph Township Board and Ciry of St. Joseph met in
special session on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 7:00 PM in the St.Joseph City Hall.
Citv Council Members Present: Mayor Rick Schultz. Councilors Bob Loso and Matt Killam
St.Joseqh Township Board Members Present: Chair Jeff Janssen, Supervisors Jerome Salzer and
Brenda Stanger.Township Deputy Clerk Anne Meyer
Others Present:Ann Reischt, Michael Koltes, Hal Undersander, Ralph Eiynck, Mike Thompson
Rezonina. Rausch-Klein:
Schultz made a motion accepting the recommendation of the Joint Planning Board,denying the
request for rezoning of the property located at 8551 County Road 75.The motion was seconded
by Loso and passed unanimously by those present
Janssen made a motion accepting the recommendation of the Joint Planning Board,denying the
request for rezoning of the property located at 8551 County Road 75.The motion was seconded
by Salzer and passed unanimously by those present.
Other Matters: Weyrens noted that there might be a special meeting coming up for the preliminary plat
provided all required information is received.Stanger and Salzer noted that the developer must have all
the information before appearing before the board.
Adiourn: Janssen made a motion to adjourn the meeting.Motion was seconded by Loso and
passed unanimously by those present.
