BOARD/COMMISSION/COMMITTEE/COUNCIL RECOMMENDATION:
PREVIOUS EDA ACTION: Annually the EDA nominates and election officers.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: Per Minnesota Statute and the St.Joseph EDA By-Laws,the EDA is
required to conduct an annual meeting and as part of that meeting,the Board establishes the officers for the
calendar year. The following were the 2015 Officers:
Dale Wick(term commensurate with elected office) —Council Representative
Doug Danielson (Term Expires 2018) —Member at Large
Larry Hosch (Term Expires 2017) —Member at Large
Gary Osberg (Term Expires 2019) —Member at Large
Rick Schultz (term commensurate with elected office) —Council Representative
The 2015 Officers were:
Chair Dale Wick
Vice-Chair Doug Danielson
Treasurer Larry Hosch
Secretary Larry Hosch
