Minutes of ineeting held December, 21 1999
Meetina called to order by Lonnie Abbott at 7:15 p.m.
Members present: John Walz, Lonnie:�bbott, Ehuck Muske and Bruce Berjhorst
Mar�e Lesnick and Cory Ehlert.
�g�mb�rs Atrsern: Nane.
Approval of Minutes: Motioned by Marae and Seconded by Lonnie to apgrove
minutes t�vith the chanae of ineeting date to Dec. 21. ,Motion Passed.
I.aison Report:Light on the top of the hill by Memorial Park will be paid for by the �
,Lions. St. Cloud Disc Golf will take care of cost ov�runs. St. Jae Lions will
on�y gay $6,300.
Ckairman Report: Gib Stack from the Sno Joe's came to ask if it was a11 right for the
Sno Joe's to use part of the park land just west of the gate by the compost for
there snowmobile trail starting the Fall of 20Q0: Motion by Marge to OK the use.
Seconded by John, motion passed.
Otd Business:
Signs at Klinefelter: City installed them.
Family Fun Dav_ To help organize the day the meeting will be changed to Jan. 11.
EoFy vvill contact West Stde Liquor for the pog. Bruce will contact Hockey Zone.
Lonnie will contact Scheels. Marge will contact Ace Hardware. Let everybody
� find prizes. Cory wi11 contact Little Debbies. Food the same as last year. Chuck
wili take care of advertising on Channel 3. Date Jan. 15, 11:QQ-3:OQ.
