PREVIOUS PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The packet includes some recommended changes to the zoning
ordinances. A number of the changes remove the sign language from each zoning district as a new
ordinance was created and it was never removed from the individual zoning district. We are also
recommending removing the development plan requirements to the general provisions for the same
reason, so it is in one place. A new Ordinance has been created for a senior life cycle housing as we
currently do not have an ordinance for such.
Any amendments to the Zoning Ordinance require a public hearing and if the Commission is ready to
conduct the hearing, it could be scheduled for May.
