PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: The Council has met in closed session to determine the selling
price and conditions for selling the property located at 25 College Ave N
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: As soon as the agreement is in the final form it will be
forwarded to the Council and attached to the packet.
ATTACHMENTS: Request for Council Action
REQUESTED COUNCIL ACTION: If the final agreement is received, authorize the Mayor and
Administrator to execute the Purchase Agreement selling the property at 25 College Ave N.
