Meeting Notes,Tuesday,January 26, 2016
Hosted by the City of St. Augusta
A social/dinner gathering was held at 5:30 p.m. at the St. Augusta Legion Club
Call To Order:
St. Augusta Mayor Bob Kroll called the St. Cloud Area Joint Cities meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Attendance:
The following individuals were in attendance:
Members:
St.Cloud: City Administrator Mike Williams, Mayor Dave Kleis, City Council members Steve Laraway,Jeff
Johnson, George Hontos, Carol Lewis,John Libert and Dave Masters.
St.Augusta: Mayor Bob Kroll, City Administrator Bill McCabe, City Council members Jim Diehl and Paul Reinert.
St.Joseph: City Administrator Judy Weyrens, Council Members Renee Symanietz and Bob Loso.
Sartell: City Planner Anita Rasmussen, City Council Members Amy Braig-Lindstrom, Steve Hennes, and Pat
Lynch.
Sauk Rapids: City Council Member Nick Sauer.
Waite Park: Mayor Rick Miller, City Council Members Frank Theisen, Chuck Schneider, and Vic Schultz
Others guests in attendance: Senator John Pederson, Representative Tama Theis, Representative Jeff Howe,
Representative Jim Knoblach and Representative Tim O'Driscoll.
Legislative Priorities: Each of the area legislators presented a brief report on the committees they sit on and what each
thought would be the focus of the upcoming legislative session. The area cities indicated they would be presenting their
joint resolution on legislative priorities after each cities reviews the draft proposal.
Adiournment: The meeting was adjourned.
