PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: City Council approved the Government Center bid package.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION: RA Morton and HMA Architects reviewed the invoices
submitted for the Government Center and presented the costs to date to City Staff. The first draw request
represents 3.5% of the total project costs. A summary of the contractors included in the draw request are
attached. Checks have been cut and included in the bills payables. The checks will not be released until
Council approves the draw request.
BUDGET/FISCAL IMPACT: $ 165,844.72
