The Ordinance requires a public hearing for music events that extend beyond 9:30 PM and allows the music to go until midnight. The Burger Bar is only request to go to 10:30. The application has been reviewed by the Police Chief with the following recommendations: double fencing with entrance from inside only; the stage will face north with music ending at 10:30 PM; the grounds to be cleaned no later than 8:00 AM June 5; and emergency exit to be staffed by employees.
