The Ordinance requires a public hearing for music events that extend beyond 9:30 PM and allows the music to go until midnight. Sal's is only request to go to 10:30. The application has been reviewed by the Police Chief with the following recommendations: double fencing covering the parking area; hiring of 1 full time officers, alley to be barricaded; music will bend by 10:30 PM and the grounds to be cleaned no later than 8:00 AM June 26.
