Rolling Ridge Events Center completed

and events. The facility is open May
through October each year and is
located on CR 133.
September 2015 the City purchased

Colts Academy from District 742. The
facility is currently used by Little Saints
for a Daycare based business and Early
Childhood. The facility will eventually
be converted to a Community Center
and Little Saints will remain as a tenant.

2016 Anticipated Investments
April 4,2016 the City started construction on
_ the new Government Center with an
- anticipated February 2017 opening(4.875M)

Kwik trip purchased the former El Paso
facility and razed the building to make room
M for a 10,145 square foot facility. The facility
will include a convenience store,gas station
and car wash. Anticipated opening in
August. (3.5M)
_ Collegeville Properties is anticipating
starting construction on a three story mixed
use building. The facility will include
residential,commercial and restaurant. A fall
ni 2016 start date is anticipated. (5 M)
J` Fortitude Housing—45 unit senior housing.
The facility will allow for aging in place with
services brought to the residents as they
need. The facility will serve the all levels of
income and accept elderly waivers.
_ Anticipated start date is July 2016 with a
OMM mid-year 2017 occupancy. (6 M)
A specialty retail purchased property
immediately north of McDonalds on CR 133
and anticipates a 2016 construction start.
2016 Anticipated Investments

a Country Manor purchased 135 acres of the
former Arcon Development. The property is
J adjacent to CR 121 and Jade Road,near
. . '` Kennedy Community School. The project
will be completed in three phases with phase
one consisting of 60 independent living units,
24 memory care,chapel and some
commercial uses and 12 patio homes. At full
build out the plan is 120 independent living
units,48 memory care units, 59 patio homes,
chapel,bistro,beauty shop and restaurant.

The College of St.Benedict will construct a
new athletic field to include softball fields,
soccer/lacrosse fields multipurpose field and
events center. Construction is anticipated in

y'y 2016 with completion in 2017. (12 M)
The City Council started the process for
construction the easterly portion of Field
Street. The project will start at CR
—_ - 121/College Avenue and extend easterly to a
point to be determined. It is anticipated the
project will begin in late 2016 with
completion in mid-2017.
The EDA is looking to create shovel ready
sites for industrial and commercial
development. It is anticipated the City will
partner with a developer or agency to extend
water and sewer to the site. The property is
c- L �r1r located on CR 133 north of the existing
.� industrial park.
2016 Anticipated Investments
i The City acquired 95 acres of parkland
adjacent to the Sauk River. This property
was part of the original Arcon development
that was dedicated for park. The majority of
the property is not developable; however has
0 great potential to include a canoe park and
• -� other features.
The City has received funding from the St.
Cloud APO to study the possible placement
of a pedestrian bridge over CR 75. In
addition the City submitted a bonding request
I to the Governor for funding assistance.
While it did not make the Governors bonding
it did make the Senate list and still has to go
to the House.
