SJGC Construction Progress and Schedule Update 06/06/16
1. Week of 05/31/16
C&L finishing up Callaway & College Avenue catch basin and new building storm
water tie-in to exterior catch basin on 05/27/16.
Mike Rienert Drywall and Kellhuis Construction to start Cold Form Framing/Metal
Stud Framing.
Continued interior plumbing rough-ins.
Continued interior electrical rough-ins.
2. Week of 06/06/16
Delivery of bar joist and decking metal on 06/09/16. Start erecting that material.
Continue interior plumbing roughed-in. Continued interior electrical rough-ins.
Kramer will be back on site 06/08/16 to start tuning and prepping grade in garage,
restroom, mechanical and sally post area and great ready for a phase one concrete
pour.
Kesella will be back on site 06/09/16 to start fine tuning and prepping grade in
garage, restroom, mechanical and sally post area and pour phase one in restrooms.
HTH will be back on site to start CMU in North restroom areas week of 06/13/16.
Century Fence to install sally port posts for fencing and door gate before we pour
that area.
3. Week of 06/13/16
Continued metal framing,joist and roof decking. X-Cel to rough-in the gas and
electrical to building?
Continue interior plumbing roughed-in.
Continued interior electrical rough-ins.
4. Week of 06/20/16
Continued roof decking and parapet framing.
Continued work on in-ground plumbing and electrical.
Note:
Waiting on X-Cel to schedule us in for electrical and gas.
