PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: Council approved construction of a new Government Center at the
Colts Academy site. Council issued GO CIP Bonds to construct a Government Center.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
The operating transfer below is to reimburse local option sales tax revenues for architect and civil
engineering survey costs relating to the Government Center project. The expenditures were charged in
the sales tax fund in 2015 with the intention of reimbursing the costs when bonds were issued and the
project moved forward.
