SUBMITTED BY: Administration/Finance BOARD/COMMISSION/COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION: None PREVIOUS COUNCIL ACTION: BACKGROLTND INFORMATION: In the late 1990's city staff introduced the idea of capital improvement planning through formalized documents. That CIP has evolved over the years and is kept through an Excel spreadsheet. While it has functioned well in the past, the process can be better managed through software. The software has reporting capability including calculating impact for budget purposes and debt schedule. The following pages are just an example of what the software can do.
