Meeting Notes, Tuesday, April 26, 2016
Hosted by the City of Sartell
A social/dinner gathering was held at 5:30 p.m. at the Westside Learning and Event Center in Sartell
Call To Order:
Sartell Council member/Acting Mayor Pat Lynch called the meeting to order at 6:00 ® introductions were made and
meeting notes from January 26, 2016 meeting were approved.
Attendance:
The following individuals were in attendance:
Members:
St. Cloud: Mayor Dave Kleis, City Administrator Mike Williams, City Council members Jeff Johnson, George
Hontos, Steve Laraway, Jeff Georger, John Libert and <><>,
St. Augusta: Mayor Bob Kroll, City Administrator Bill McCabe, City Council members <><>.
St. Joseph: City Administrator Judy Weyrens, Council Members Renee Symanietz, Matt Killam, and Bob Loso
Sartell: Acting Mayor Pat Lynch, City Administrator Mary Degiovanni, and Council Member Steve Hennes.
Sauk Rapids: Mayor Brad Gunderson and City Administrator Ross Olson.
Waite Park: Mayor Rick Miller, City Administrator Shaunna Johnson, City Council Members Frank Theisen and
Leaeue of MN Cities: Dave Unmacht, Executive Director of LMC, presented perspectives on the League of MN Cities and
then responded to questions.
Future Topics: Members suggested using the LMC's "Sample of Macro Trends in City Government" for future meeting
topic ideas, or other topics of mutual interest including examples of higher education and regional collaboration
(example of Fire Departments).
Adjournment: The meeting was adjourned at 7:10 pm.
