Issues at the
_ w _ shelter
It requires 32 hours of spring cleaning to remove the
't ' 1 mold build up on the ceilings in the spring.
4 ' Every year there is up to 1" ice buildup on the interior
floor, this needs to be thawed in January for the Frisbee
f _ golf ice bowl which donates to the food shelf. In the Fall
staff blocks up items so they do not freeze to the floor.
Heavy rain also presents a water issue on the inside of
the building.
Pavers are tipped toward the building which does not
allow water to drain properly
The fire place does not vent properly and smokes out
the building creating poor air quality
